These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cueratr and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Cueratr LLC. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Cueratr.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cueratr. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

2. Your Account

To access certain features, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@cueratr.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a way that harms other users or the platform.

3. What Cueratr Does

Cueratr is a personalized restaurant recommendation service. We analyze publicly available restaurant reviews and match them against your dining preference profile to surface the results most relevant to you. Our recommendations are generated using AI and are intended to help you make more informed dining decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cueratr for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content for commercial use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our technology or algorithms
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or harms other users
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform — including the Cueratr name, logo, and recommendation engine — are owned by Cueratr LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.

Restaurant reviews displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party platforms and remain the property of their respective authors. Cueratr does not claim ownership of that content.

When you submit ratings or feedback, you allow us to use that content to operate and improve the Platform. You retain ownership of what you submit.

6. Recommendations and Accuracy

Our restaurant match scores and recommendations are generated by AI based on the preferences you provide. They are informational only and are not guarantees of your dining experience. Restaurant details may change and may not always be current. You should use your own judgment when making dining decisions. Cueratr is not responsible for any dining experience at any restaurant.

7. Third-Party Services

Cueratr relies on third-party services for certain functionality, including payment processing and data sourcing. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of those services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cueratr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $50 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Cueratr LLC and its team from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia. Before pursuing legal action, you agree to contact us at legal@cueratr.com to attempt an informal resolution.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of Cueratr after that point means you accept the updated Terms.
